Delivery and Services Charges

Adventure Xtreme offers free delivery on all orders above AED100.

We are focused on furnishing you with the best client support and conveyance of your request to guarantee that you get it in wonderful condition.

The accompanying rates will apply for conveyance of orders beneath AED100.

Things to remember:

No deliveries on Friday.
Orders delivered between 9am-6pm from Saturday to Thursday

Deliveries in UAE only (no international deliveries currently).

Delivery Dispatch

• Most orders will be shipped the following workday, given the item requested is available. Orders are not handled or delivered on Friday, Saturday or on Public Holidays, besides by earlier plan.
• Parcels can only be delivered to residential, and business addresses in UAE.
• Orders are shipped Sunday to Thursday every week of the year.
• We operate a variety of transporters and various Couriers depending on your location.
• Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page.
• Large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered, if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. All shipping is calculated at checkout, however if you have an enquiry about shipping please contact us.

Non-Collected Items & Incorrect Address

• If your order is taken to the Courier Company Office for collection, please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. Reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick up.
• Please note that adventure extreme will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

• We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection.
